Our Restorative Solutions

We believe that no two smiles are alike. We offer a tailored spectrum of premium dental materials sourced from the world’s leading dental laboratories to fit your clinical needs and budget.

1. Dental Crowns (Tooth Caps)

A crown acts like a custom-fitted, protective helmet for an individual tooth. It is typically recommended to save a tooth structurally compromised by extensive decay, a deep fracture, or following a Root Canal Treatment (RCT).

  • PFM (Porcelain-Fused-to-Metal): Highly durable option combining the structural strength of a metal sub-base with a tooth-colored ceramic outer layer. Ideal for back molars where chewing pressure is immense.
  • DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering): An advanced, laser-crafted PFM crown offering an incomparably precise fit, eliminating typical margins and increasing longevity.
  • Metal-Free Zirconia (Premium): The gold standard in modern restorative dentistry. Crafted via computer-aided design (CAD/CAM), Zirconia crowns offer exceptional, life-like translucency for front teeth and are practically indestructible.
  • Max / Lithium Disilicate: Ultra-premium, all-ceramic restorations designed specifically for front-teeth “smile designing” due to their flawless light-reflecting properties.

2. Fixed Dental Bridges

If you are missing one or more consecutive teeth, a dental bridge literally “bridges the gap.” It consists of an artificial tooth (pontic) anchored firmly in place by crowns fitted onto the healthy remaining teeth on either side of the space.

Unlike removable dentures, a bridge is permanently cemented in your mouth, completely eliminating slips, slurs, or shifting while eating your favorite local delicacies.

What to Expect: The Fabrication Journey

Getting a custom crown or bridge requires precision engineering. Our clinical pathway typically spans 2 easy sittings over 3 to 5 days.

1.Consultation & Structural Preparation:Sitting 1 | ~45 Mins.

Our specialists examine your oral health using high-resolution digital X-rays (IOPA). The target teeth are gently contoured by removing a microscopic layer of enamel to create optimal seating space for the new restoration.

2.Digital/Physical Impressions:Sitting 1 | Done Immediately After Prep.

We capture a highly accurate master impression of your teeth. This mold, alongside your custom natural tooth shade profile, is dispatched to our premium lab partners for customized structural fabrication.

3.Temporary Crown Placement:Sitting 1 | End of Session.

To keep you comfortable, functional, and socially confident while your permanent crown is being crafted, we place a provisional composite tooth cap over the prepared structure.

4.Permanent Trial & Cementation:Sitting 2 | ~30 Mins (3-5 days later).

The temporary cap is removed. We gently fit your permanent custom Crown or Bridge, meticulously cross-checking your bite balance, alignment, and aesthetic margins. Once completely perfect, it is permanently bonded using bio-safe dental cement.

Frequently Asked Question

Is getting a dental crown or bridge procedure painful?

Not at all. The entire tooth preparation phase during your first visit is performed under localized numbing anesthesia. You will feel minor vibration and ambient pressure, but no pain. Some mild, transient sensitivity to hot or cold liquids is normal for 48 hours after the temporary cap is placed, which resolves completely once the permanent crown is bonded.

A root canal removes the infected nerve and blood supply from inside the tooth. Without this internal blood flow, the remaining natural tooth structure dries out, becomes brittle, and turns prone to cracking like glass under everyday chewing forces. A crown acts like a protective helmet, absorbing biting stresses and preventing catastrophic vertical fractures.

Modern zirconia and metal-ceramic bridges are incredibly tough and designed to withstand standard Indian diets, including rice, fish, and meats. However, we highly advise against using your teeth as tools to crack open crab shells, hard betel nuts (supari), or chewing on ice cubes, as severe localized trauma can fracture even the strongest ceramic layers.

While a dental crown is cleaned just like a normal tooth, a dental bridge requires specialized attention under the floating middle replacement unit (the pontic). Because it doesn’t emerge from the gum, tiny food debris can accumulate underneath it. We will demonstrate how to use floss threaders or a compact interdental brush to keep the area clear and protect your surrounding anchor gums from inflammation.

Yes! Our premium DMLS and Zirconia restorations come backed by direct laboratory authenticity certificates and multi-year warranties ranging from 5 years to a Lifetime, depending on the material tier you choose. This warranty covers structural chipping or fractures under normal physiological usage.
